Most of the “i” (info) icons take you to a blank page that reads “no content”. Same with the “FAQ”.The links to buy replacement filters does not take you to the filters for my product.Other than that, it’s a decent app.

Barely connects and readings are super unreliable

the movie criticsss
Half the time the device won’t connect. Even when it does the measurement jump drastically one moment to the next. It will be all green and looking good in one minute and switch to deep red and then back. Because of this I only run it on Silent mode because all the other “auto” modes sudeenly ramp up or down the fan speed. Stupid I just bought this and all filters are new. So I would expect something more reliable. What’s the point of all this complication?

Year ago i was using the app normally, then during the summer i didnt used it, so when i wanted to start using it again i opened the app and it requires from me to log in, but i am no able to log in at all over last two months.. when i press log in on a second or two pagw with user email/password shows up and then dissapears with page “Groupe SEB Page not found”

Have been using it. Noticed the app will kick it out the first time. I log out and log back in. Now that’s not working and it won’t recognize the two filters. Not worth buying the purifier or using the app. I would give it zero stars but zero doesn’t exist. Hope the bug or whatever this app have get fixed.
