Awesome, seamless, and so easy to follow

Setting up my health profile took only 2 minutes, and I was surprised to see how much info you can find out about yourself from answering just a few questions. I really like how they show you your metabolic age and what that tells about your metabolism compared to your actual age. By the far the best feature for me is that they provide grocery lists for each week. Now not only do I not have to plan what to cook/eat each day but I also have my grocery list made for me. Brilliant! Highly recommend!

HARD TO CANCEL! Scam App...

I went with the trial and when I requested a cancellation , I received an email stating that due to “high intensity”, it would take them longer than 48 hours to respond. They concluded the email saying that they thanked me for my “patience and understanding”. Well, I was CHARGED this January cycle and after emailing them a 2nd time, received the same auto-generated email without getting an update on when my subscription will be cancelled (and at this point when my money will be refunded). Also, the choice of words generated in the email are less than professional making me feel like this app is a total scam. The “delay” in response is giving them more time to continue to deduct the monthly subscription fee. I (stupidly) signed up using PayPal which it set up to deduct directly from my checking account. In order to stop the auto payments, I changed my payment settings in PayPal in order for the subscription to stop charging me. Stay away from this App at all costs!

Love this app!! It’s super easy to use and I had amazing results faster than I imagined. The app gives you great and detailed rules to follow. The video recipes help a lot if you didn’t have much kitchen experience like myself. Having it always with you on you phone facilitates your life in the go, so you still have the guide where you travel. Just overall a game changer for me. Strongly recommend!

I downloaded this app last year, used for about 3/4 months and then i cancelled my plan which was not ease… last july when i did not even had the app installed i got a charge on my credit card and sent a message to my credit card issuer saying that i don’t recognize the payment. This company sent lots of pictures that you can’t see anything in it trying to say that I didn’t cancel it. I then downloaded the app again and even clicking on forgot my password, they send me a new one but the app say that my email doesn’t have an account… i tried 3 times and had the same response. I want my money back otherwise i will talk to my lawyer . Don’t waste your time with this scam/fraud
