The North Florida Surgeons app is your connection to North Florida’s largest and most trusted name in surgical care. Building on a tradition established in 1996, our number one goal is to provide you with a compassionate, skilled and experienced surgeon that you can trust.
Our easy to use application is free for all North Florida Surgeons patients. Your information is protected through a closed and secure system, saving each patient time – and providing peace of mind.
The North Florida Surgeons app works seamlessly with your doctor's systems and will automatically be updated with data and recommendations from your doctor. When you add data to the app your doctor can access the information, making it possible for your surgeon to optimize treatment and help you in between office visits.
All recommendations from your doctors will automatically appear on the app giving you an overview of when to check in with your doctor, as well as the aspects of your health that you can monitor at home. This may include when to measure your blood pressure or when you should take your medication.
What you can do with the North Florida Surgeons app:
PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS
Fill out forms, sign documents and pay your copay from home. This will speed up your check-in process at the office and save you time.
If you are scheduled for a procedure then you can follow instructions in the app, and it will tell you step-by-step what you need to do at home to prepare.
SHARE DATA WITH YOUR DOCTOR
If your doctor wants to know more about how you are doing at home, then you can use the app to share vitals and observations about your health. This gives your doctor better insight into your health and in turn helps you to get the best treatment and advice.
