While planning the project:
- View work orders.
- Edit work orders.
- Add new work orders to the project.
While executing the project:
- View work orders, including a timeline of all updates provided.
- Add progress updates to your work order.
- See who's responsible for what.
Offline functionality:
This app works perfectly offline. It comes with a built in database where content is saved while offline, and it will automatically synchronise once an internet connection is detected. This means you will be able to use all functionality while offline without having to worry. While offline, you can view all the work that is pending upload from your profile page.
Manage access
Through the web app, you can invite new users and manage which work orders they will be able to view and provide updates on. Users will only see the work orders for which you have given them access.

Better voice to notes
- Voice to notes can now use an on-device speech model (Whisper) for more accurate transcription. The model works offline.
- The new Voice input screen in Settings lets you download and delete speech models.
- Choose the language you speak. The setting applies to both the built-in recognizer and the downloaded model.
- A speed test shows how long your device takes to transcribe a 10-second note.
