Bugs need fixing but helpful

Helpful with the new DSCSA requirements but I always have trouble logging in. It always scans my face for Face ID but stays frozen on log in screen. Have to close out app and reopen several times before being able to get into app. Check frequently for app update but never is one.

Updated version is frustrating

We just completed our inventory, and the group consensus is that the updated version is more difficult to work with when compared to the older version. More manipulations were required which slowed the process down tremendously. Be sure and put the decimal even though you have already set it up to count in “full” (not partial). If you have the same item in several spots, it will use the last scanned count and replace the others instead of keeping them all. There were other issues, but I think by now you have a pretty good picture of how frustrating this app can be.

We have recently made several updates to the Inventory module based on feedback we have received from valuable users like you, including an option for a default toggle for Full or Partial count, the ability to add multiple instances of the same item to a location with different count types, manual number pad entry, and several other enhancements that make the process smoother. We have improved the app in a number of ways across other modules as well. While we understand that you may not be using the Inventory module frequently, please do update the update the app to the latest version at your convenience and let us know your thoughts on the improvements in Inventory and other modules that you may be using. In addition, we'd love to hear from you at OEMobile@cardinalhealth.com on the other issues you've mentioned, so that we could continue to improve the app based on your feedback.

When you log into this program the default is “price check”. I’ve never used this feature because I use this program to order drugs as I’m sure most people do. New hire forgot to check and everything she ordered that morning wasn’t. This app is absolutely the worse. Constantly fails us, when trying to log in it just spins and spins. I’ve lost tons of orders when it wouldn’t properly download order to Express. Complaints go unheard.

Finishing our inventory which has never been an issue with the old app, but this one is terrible. It’s slow, cumbersome, and not user-friendly. When manually inputting a CIN or NDC, the option for “full” or “partial” automatically defaults to partial and you can’t change it. You have to constantly tap “tap to scan” which gets annoying fast. The UPLOAD button is large and up front so accidentally hitting that happens 80% of the time.Whoever made this app should be fired.

With regard to manual entry, adding a decimal while entering or editing the quantity will switch the Partial count type to Full count, and removing the decimal will switch it back to Partial. The Upload button is active only when there are changes within the location (new line added, line deleted, or quantity changed), and tapping the button uploads only such changes and saves it to the web site.We truly appreciate you taking the time to provide constructive feedback.
