I have been a die hard user of RAD Mobility products for years now. At the same time, the downside to having such a flexible and broad set of recovery tools is remembering all of the best ways to use them. This app is perfect for closing that gap. Just identify a problem area and it will tell you what tools to use and how to use them correctly. It also has plans that can help with general maintenance.The only complaint I have is that the app navigation sometimes makes it difficult to find your way back to certain pages, but this is only a minor inconvenience.

I use the videos and my RAD tools (I’m looking at you, helix!!) before and after rock climbing. I have found that I definitely recover faster while climbing, but also feel better in the days after I use it! The videos are broken down into sports/body parts to use the tools and it’s so easy to pick and choose what I want to focus on. I have also been doing the relaxing videos while at work and it makes the day much more enjoyable. Love it!!

Using RAD tools for athletes and private clients has made a huge difference in how they feel and are able to perform. Always knew the basics of rolling with my RAD tools and foam roller (quads, hamstrings, IT bands, back, etc) but this blew my mind! There are so many other muscles, ways and areas to roll - I’m addicted. I like searching by body area usually but am going to start exploring the playlists by sport and lifestyle next. Videos and navigation is great - ways to understand and use. Would highly recommend!
