Thank you for your valuable feedback; we continue to improve Bureau Veritas and ship owners / operators IHM experts experience with Praxis. • The existing sections and subsection headings in VSCP table are removed, now only data will be displayed in alphabetical order as per column “Location/Zone/Deck” • “Appendix - Report of visual checks and sampling locations – Not Contained” reports data will now be displayed in alphabetical order as per column “Location/Zone/Deck”.

This new version includes various improvements based on the feedbacks of our clients and our experts. This includes the ability for client users to “preview live” IHM Inventory and IHM Manual Part 1 at any time during the maintenance, as well as the ability to add supporting documents to the IHM Manual Part 1. More details are included in the release note distributed to BV users.

Thank you for your valuable feedbacks ; we continue to improve Bureau Veritas and ship owners / operators IHM experts experience with Praxis. Improvements for Bureau Veritas IHM Experts doing the initial inspection (e.g. QR code attachment, Sampling Strategy Report, document consultation…).

Improvements • Optionally attach a QR code to a hazardous material while performing the sample check • Create a new report: the Sampling Strategy report • IHM Manual Part 1 Report Updated for RCF and supporting document • Enable multiple IHM Experts working on the same inspection (and not on the same locations of this inspection) • Consult the images & documents already uploaded in Praxis • Generate the IHM Manual Part 1 report with the General Arrangement (GA) image or GA PDF

Improvements - Added features to ease the process of the Visual Sample Check Plan (VSCP) creation by importing templates or by copying VSCP data from existing ship. - Added necessary information for using the external inspection functionality. - Added "g" & "mg" values within the "unit" fields. Fixes - Duplicate sample number issue is resolved. - New sample number will be incremented sequentially instead of being random.

To improve user experience below Maintenance features are updated - Risk Assessment and Fibre type information is not requested (anymore) from the client performing the maintenance - In the maintenance section, clients can now filter list of records depending on the status - Clients can now generate a new VSCP report (related to the maintenance) which will be automatically integrated into Manual Part 1 report - Help function has been added to explain the color code of Hazardous materials

We are pleased to release this new version that is offering new functionalities requested by our users. In addition to bugs fixes, this release is offering the following improvements & new functionalities : - Addition of 2 reports i.e Additional Sample List & report of additional sampling - Addition of DTA report as an attachment - Addition of "Request IHM Expert for Sampling" bucket - Improvements in tagging image Zoom - Improvements in onboarding and Dashboard Screens
