It is an incredibly important tool that is used to the benefit of the Buyer, the Seller, the Realtor, the Insurer, the Home Warranty company, and the Plumbers themselves by guaranteeing all inspections are done correctly, properties are plumbing problem free, and therefore the number of issues and claims post-sale, post-rental, post-insured, post-warrantied, and post-inspection are dramatically reduced.
Using this tool will guide the plumber through the inspection and ensure that all items for a room are checked and verified as being in good condition. If anything wrong is found, the plumber is required to take a picture/video so you know exactly what is wrong and why. By forcing the plumber to go through a checklist of items, you can be sure that nothing was missed during the inspection.
