Minor bug fixes and improvements

You can now rotate your device when using the basic calculator to access the full scientific calculator. The app will also boot up to the basic calculator if that's what you were using last.

Crunch v3.0 is here! New in this version you'll find significant design improvements throughout the app, including support for dark mode. Also included in this update is a basic calculator mode for those times when you just need to make a quick calculation without all the bells and whistles.

This update introduces a new feature to speed up your number crunching. If you find yourself using the same formula again and again, and are tired of having to retype it every time, add it to the new list below the keyboard. Then, whenever you need it simply drag and drop onto the canvas and plug in values for any variables!

Added an optional tips dialog that displays when the app is launched

Crunch has been updated to be more flexible across varying device sizes. This means you can now use it in split view or slide over on an iPad that supports those features.

Minor cosmetic changes

The keyboard receives a boost in this latest update! The main thing you'll notice is a new row of letters (and Greek characters) above the keyboard, giving you more options for custom variables. Not seeing the character you're looking for? Tap the button on the far left to bring up the system keyboard. This will also allow you to enter input via an external keyboard if you have one connected. A few other small tweaks have been made to improve your experience: * Arrow keys can now be long pressed to move the cursor faster * If you're on a tablet, you now have a choice between the full keyboard or the condensed version shown on the phone * The tablet keyboard will also stay where you put it when you close the app and open it again later

Minor bug fixes and improvements related to the last update

This update brings a couple new features to help make crunching numbers even easier! Ever find that you need to use an answer you just found in another equation? And then you have to go back and change that answer to use it again, either because you made a mistake or you're doing basically the same problem but with different numbers? Crunch now makes this process a whole lot easier - just drag any answer you need and drop it into a new equation. The dropped answer will update as the equation you got it from changes, and can be tapped to show that equation (in case you forget where you got it from). Also, up and down arrow keys have been added to the keyboard for easier navigation. Use them to move the cursor between the numerator and denominator in fractions, or to add new equations above or below the current one. And lastly, support for unknown variables has been improved. Specify a value that should be plugged in for an unknown variable (like x = 5), and get answers that use that value.
