Navien Smart Plus App will allow you to control heating and hot water anytime anywhere. You can simply check a status of heating system, and see how much energy you've used. In order to use Smart Plus App, sign up for a membership and register your Smart Plus Thermostat. Vulnerability Reporting We are committed to responding to all security vulnerability reports as promptly as possible. Progress Updates and Resolution We may provide progress updates depending on the reproducibility and severity of the issue. Once the issue has been fully resolved, we will inform the reporter that the matter has been successfully addressed. Security Update Support Period Security software updates for this product are guaranteed until 31 July 2031. The setup process for this assumes that everything will go smoothly and look exactly as it does in the pictures. If it doesn’t, there is no way to skip the setup process or sidestep to get help. I have a Navien tankless water heater that is supposed to be compatible with this app, but there’s no apparent “Wi-Fi button” on it. Given that, the process for pairing it with the app must differ from the directions provided, but there’s no other guidance of any kind available. Please either tell me how to make this work or admit that I was misled about the water heater’s capabilities. If I’m going to have to tromp outside in the dark to manually reset “E003” every time I take a shower for the next 10 years, I’d rather not have the wound salted by false hope for a simpler solution. Thanks!
