Force創立於2014年11月，在這邊的每位教練都擁有專業教學經驗、充滿熱忱。 我們的使命是幫助幫助每位學員在安全、適當的訓練下，達到健康、自信、並擁有理想的身材。 並提供安全、舒適、乾淨、休閒的環境，針對不同學員的身體狀況給予適合個別的運動知識及運動技巧。 利用小班團體課制度，讓教練更能及時發現錯誤並指導及避免運動傷害。 我們歡迎每位喜歡運動或想學運動的人來加入這個大家庭。 經由我們細心耐心的教導，讓妳/你們真心愛上運動、讓運動成為生活的一部分，每天充滿自信美。
