I have tried many many piano apps for the iPhone. I love the fact that this app is simple, straightforward, and gives you the ability to play multiple notes simultaneously. I shy away from those with way too many features. If I am out and about and think of a tune, I can pull out the Pocket Piano and play around. Also, the baby can mess around without stumbling on any non-music playing menus too easily.

I just downloaded the Pocket Piano app and whenever I press a key to play it, I don’t get a sound until AFTER I move my finger away from the keyboard. Is there a way to adjust the latency because I’m definitely having a problem with that…. I have a ton of other music apps I’ve been using for years (for over a decade), especially piano apps, synthesizer apps, and drum pad apps, and I’ve never had that problem with any of them. Never.. Not even when I attach a keyboard controller and play it via BluetoothI installed the app on my iPad 9th generation

Notes dont sustain while you keep your finger on the key. The sustain toggle just makes it go on for 10 seconds so either you have staccato notes or long held notes nothing in between. Disappointed that I wasted a dollar on this

Too basic for me to use, I’m afraid, but it’s a start. Will keep an eye on it for further development.
