Can’t view statements

It keeps on showing me blank screen every time I try to view my account statement. This app is a joke.

I have never felt the need to leave a bad review for an app until now. This app is completely unusable—no matter how many times I follow the recommended steps to resolve the issues I'm facing, I'm met with error after error. This has been going on for weeks. What's equally disappointing is how unhelpful their customer support is, both via email and phone. You’d think a company with hundreds of billions in assets would at least invest in a competent app developer and tech department.

I have never felt the need to leave a bad review for an app until now. Withdrawal & Redemption of Funds DOES NOT WORK!

I have tried several times to redeem my Asnb funds. THE REDEMPTION FEATURE DOES NOT WORK AND IS BUGGY. It keeps showing either a dialog box saying it could not retrieve unitholder info and upon a second try, the app shows a box saying there were too many attempts.Very poorly designed app. You need to fix this BUG. VERY FRUSTRATING!!
