Notes ‪⁺‬ 4+

You can have multiple diary’s, or multiple chronological notebooks. It don’t sync but syncing is over rated, and usually has to be done manually, which means if you forget to sync while using device 1, then pick up device 2 to continue where you left off it won’t be there. Then I prefer keeping my stuff on my device, so like I said syncing is is overrated. There was a problem using the camera to add a picture, but grabbing a picture from the album worked fine. The camera thing may have been device oriented and or fixed by now, and I prefer to grab pictures from the album anyway. The app is perfect the way it is, and I haven’t been asked to put anyone’s kids through Colledge just because I use an apple device. 👍👍👍👍👍

Love this app and is exactly what I’ve been looking for when it comes to a simple, clean, but useful note taking app.
BUT.. the bug that causes it to force close after taking a picture within app for a note is really crappy. Especially since you then have to delete that note and redo it with an uploaded photo from camera roll in order for this to not happen 😩 PLEASE fix.

I keep a daily diary of my life because both parents have Alzheimer’s and/or dementia and I want to write down events so I don’t forget things. I’ve been using this app for about 3 weeks and all seemed okay.

I have a few notes that have pictures attached. The pictures came from my camera roll. On this day I decided to try the in-app method of taking a picture, and granted it permission to access my camera. It took the picture and I can see it’s attached. Well after a very lengthy entry for the day I saved it and closed it.

The next day I tried to open it and it just disappears. It’s crashing. I have successfully opened the other daily notes that contain pictures.

So, I contacted the developer and I’ve had no response. I started to see if I could find a fix myself, but all suggestions have failed. It seems there was a bug in IOS 10-11, but no mention for version 12

There is an export feature but it appears broken too. I have lost an hours worth of typing and a picture... but more importantly an entire day or two of memories.
