Dentulu Teledentistry is the #1 Dental Teledentistry mobile app providing video conferencing, patient chatting, file sharing and more for dentists. Light saver in a time of crisis

I’m so glad that I was introduced to this app by another colleague. Now that my office is closed, I am able to be available for my patients via this app. Three patients reached me just this weekend to video chat—two of them were emergency consults regarding their post operative concerns. I wish I had this set up long ago. It’s so important to be available for our patients during a time we are practicing social distancing and dental offices are only allowed to treat emergencies. Unfortunately, dentistry is way behind on this in comparison to our medical counterpart. Telemedicine has been a growing field and I’m glad now as dentists we have a platform as well. It only took me 15 min to become on board and the patient said it only took less than 5 min to register and 5 min to reach me. Love the video chat and I saw on their site they have intra-oral camera that patients can eventually use from home to show me what’s going on in their mouth! That’s genius!!!

I gave all my patients the app and now they all can reach me for emergencies via the app. Questions, concerns and even some post op checks are done to make the patients feel more taken care of. Awesome and something like this should have been made before. It’s just great standard of care.

Once I downloaded the app, it took more than an hour to verify my license. I received an email explaining the verification was approved but I still can’t log into the website and the phone number provided for customer service goes to a mobile number voicemail. I sent an email to the email provided and still haven’t heard back, it’s been more than 4 hours.
