Official Summit Bike Share 4+

We used these on a vacation in a town 10 hours away from home. Odds are that we wont be back but there is no way to delete our credit card from the app. Similar to another user review, we also had trouble getting the app to take our credit card at all.
One tip for use is to remove the bike from the lock as soon as you here it open. Any delay and you will have to either call customer service or find a different bike to unlock. The bikes lock back up quickly and then the app wont cooperate for that particular bike again.

The 5 of us had an awful experience with this bike share. We had to each register multiple accounts—individually—before it would work. Then, the app wouldn’t take our valid credit card numbers. Finally, it took our payment information.

Then, one of our bikes died mid-ride, despite the fact that the bike showed 20 miles of range left. The second day, the entire pedal arm came loose and broke off. We had another bike whose tire was going flat.

The app experience is horrible and these bikes are NOT well maintained or safe to ride. Park City has a lot of work to do before people should use this program. AVOID. IT WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME, EVEN THOUGH E-BIKES SOUND FUN.

Twice we have tried to use their bikes. Both times we’ve had nothing but problems with their bikes. Issues mechanically, issues renting the bikes, and also issues with a bike “losing connection” that led to being stuck without a bike or anywhere near by to get a replacement. Customer service is not great as well. So far it has involved two phone calls to straighten out the bike that lost connection, explaining both times where the bike is and why I am still not using it. Won’t be using this service again.
