Since the update which made transactions SO much easier, the app is so user friendly. Security measures much improved, I’ve noticed and are much appreciated. App format is more defined and easier to read. Thank you!
Great Login Improvements, But Risky Loan Payment Default

The latest app update is definitely a big improvement when it comes to signing in—much smoother and more user-friendly than before. However, there’s a serious issue when it comes to paying a loan that needs immediate attention.When making a payment, the app automatically defaults the payment amount to the full payoff balance instead of the regular monthly payment. This is honestly pretty scary and could easily lead to someone accidentally submitting a much larger payment than intended.A simple fix—like defaulting to the minimum or last payment amount, or requiring confirmation for a full payoff—would make a huge difference. Great progress overall, but this issue should be addressed as soon as possible to prevent costly mistakes.
Good app, minor improvements needed

When Gold Coast finally came up with an app, I was elated! I must admit- it’s user friendly. But I do believe with some minor improvements, the app could be better. Can we get notifications when a payment was made? If I wasn’t a person who checked my account often, it’s pretty easy to find yourself with a low balance or even overdraft. Can you please add this?!Update: An new app was developed to see transactions. It’s okay but why can’t we just use one app that does everything? I can’t see my current balance, just the transactions. If you were to merge the apps, i think that would be great! AND frees up space!!

App works well and better than it used to. It has some minor cosmetic issues in the UI and design. Some things overlap others and looks odd on an iphone.
