This app is the greatest app I’ve ever seen for marketing. Especially for times like now where millennials are making their own brands/businesses on Shopify. I can vouch for this because I’m proof. I have a Shopify store and an instagram where I sell my products. I also have a Psychical location so this helps too. I really love this app and recommend it for anyone who is interested in GROWING YOUR BUSINESS! I’ve been following Logan for a while now ever since he started this app. This man is a marketing genius and if you download this app it will change the way you think about marketing. It’s very useful. I also recommend watching Logan’s TikTok’s for quick juicy 10 second marketing tactics. I love you Logan lol you really helped me out a lot and this review dose not do any justice as to how I feel about this app and how it helped me.

Got my account suspended

I tried promoting through this app and ended up getting my Google Ads account suspended! This is BS and now Google won’t let me promote anymore, like really??? Not cool!

Logan - The Founder - Did reach out to me and expressed great concern and provided some exceptional assistance. Although my account is still disabled (today), he is more than willing to assist to make things right. However, I feel the platform is super smooth and will be VERY useful once this gets smoothed out. I can’t say that I’ll recommend promoting through the app at this time but there are great features that I’m sure will help optimize your ad results that you could use directly on the Google Ad platform (just to be safe). I do appreciate Logan’s customer service and concern. The fact that I was given credit from a free app says a lot about the company’s morale and I can see them going far. Get the kinks out and I’ll be glad to try this again. I’m upgrading to 3 stars from a 1. Thank you.

We just simply use Google Ads integration directly using your account. Even with that I personally sent you a Venmo to refund your Google Ad Credits :) We are a small team and working on these edge cases to support Google Ad credits as payments.

You mentioned you were using Google Ad credits as your payment method which requires a different form of payment compared what all of our users use for Google Ads, which is their credit card. We have a small team and are working to fix these edge cases.

Regardless, I am very very sorry for this inconvenience and I am taking a deeper look into this issue.

Exceptional app

This is my first App Store review. I feel that this app is worth taking my time to review to Inform others that this app provides useful information and ease of launching ad campaigns. Very helpful to have one app to guide along the marketing process. Easy to find influencers and launch new ad campaigns. Minimal experience using FB ad manager and other platforms, so having one app conveniently do it all for me is essential. Creator of Plai Logan took a phone call from me and provided further insight of the power of plai and to map out a brand launch strategy. Thank you for creating Plai! Highly recommended.
