IntenSety Music is about to blend together your music library and your workout. Through the creation of two playlists, a regular and an intense playlist, you can use your music to help improve your workout. This is how it works...
We all have our favorite part of a song and often as we prepare to lift weights then we are having to look around for it just before you begin the set. This takes away time and concentration from your workout. But with IntenSety you can do it by simply sliding the screen up to play your intense songs and then sliding down to back to your regular songs.
- Regular Playlist: This playlist will contain the songs you wish to listen to while resting in-between sets and will play just like any normal playlist would.
- Intense Playlist: This playlist will consist of your favorite, most intense songs. You will select the portion of each song which gets you the most pumped and will only play this part of the song so long as you are in the intense mode.
