Yeah so this journal doesn’t have some tacked on crappy subscription service or time limit fee, it’s literally completely free! The layout takes time to get used to but i love it, it does the job.I want to thank the dev for making an honestly great application.

The layout and format of adding multiple entries per day is a fantastic tool for my job. I do have a few complaints/things I wish would change:1) I realized today that I forgot to add a note for a few days ago, and apparently you are unable to add any new notes to past dates. 2.) I am also unable to edit titles of notes once they have been entered3) If I do not hit “Done” during a note entry, I can lose the entire note, it doesn’t save as a draft, (a very unfortunate discovery!)4) Text size! Holy wow! Reviewing old notes and font will have randomly grown to size 33, or 28, for not reason, i have to go back and edit the post itself to adjust the size. Not great for reviewing sensitive information on a flight or crowded space.9/15 *****5) The app now takes me to the wrong date, months off even years, and I have to scroll all the way back to present date. Hopefully it updates soon. I’m on the look out for an alternative.9/15***** Have moved to Planner Pro. Layout not what I hoped for and allows pop-up ads, but can take photos/add photos to notes. Thank you for the info on editing notes/titlesI look forward to the update! Will it also enable users to add new notes to past dates? Will notes be saved as draft if “done” is not hit before leaving the app?

First, I need a journalling app that syncs across devices. Second I need to be able to add entires for past days because I am a night owl. It’s after midnight right now and I need to write an entry for yesterday which technically ended 40 minutes ago but I am still awake so it’s still today to me. Guess what. I can’t in this app. Also, if my phone’s battery dies or if my phone gets lost or broken, I still want to be able to have access to my entries and to be able to keep writing new entries. This why syncing across devices is important.

Dev responded to several reviews nearly a year ago (fall 2019) that some bugs would be fixed in Version 2. **Note about adding notes to past dates**Go into device Settings, General, Date & Time - then turn off set date automatically, then set device date and time to date when you want to add a note. Once you've added your note, be sure to go back to Settings and turn on set date automatically.
