Zaiko is a productivity and compliance management application for maintenance contractors. With Zaiko, you will be able to dispatch orders directly to your technicians’ mobile devices, complete with quantities, work scope and asset-specific checklists. Your technicians can then scan QR codes and barcodes on asset tags, fill up checklists, and snap photos to highlight equipment defects for future corrective maintenance. At the end of every day, your technicians will be able to automatically generate detailed reports on the Zaiko platform, and then get your clients to sign off immediately on the device to receive a report in their inbox immediately. Say goodbye to carbonized papers and messy handwriting!
Zaiko’s simple dispatcher interface is designed to be easy to use and quick to implement to your maintenance processes. The developers at Zaiko have worked closely with maintenance professionals to develop a great application that fits to the maintenance professionals’ daily workflow. One of our best features is our work order system, which is perfect for repetitive maintenance activities, where you may have to raise a single work order with multiple repetitive tasks. For example, you may want to service 50 extinguishers in a day, You can do that on the Zaiko platform by simply selecting the asset class, in this case, an extinguisher, setting the quantity, location and the respective checklist. Once the technician has serviced the 50 extinguishers, you can use Zaiko’s powerful report generation system to automatically generate service reports. Our powerful application also allows you to generate customized service history reports. When it comes to the end of the year and you have to generate an annual maintenance report for your customer, you don’t have to spend hours consolidating carbonized report slips that in some cases are months’ old. Simply set your report parameters, and click ‘generate report’.
