I enjoy a well made, excellent flavor in a hot chocolate drink. I’ve been to many of the baristas that provide this and without question Sweetwater’s is so much better than anywhere I’ve been in the Chicagoland area. Also I think it’s worth saying that the attitude and level of service here exceeded all My expectations. The large coffee shops chains have lost to customer/client appreciation. Simple and easy app for ordering and payment before pick up! Placed order, paid and drink was ready in designated pick up area when I arrived!

I’m a regular customer and user. Tried to open the app for the first time since your update which was identified as occurring 2 days ago. Tried to recover password using both the email and phone number associated with my Sweetwaters account. When I ordered in person and clicked the link in the text update I received regarding my order my phone number and email are recognized. But not in the app. I deleted the app. Downloaded it again. Same issue. I can no longer order ahead - which is needed in this current environment.

Coffee and service are great, just wish online ordering was a little more customizable. I don’t like my drinks super sweet but there’s no way to change the pumps of syrup or flavoring in a drink. If I order in person I usually ask for half sweet, but there’s no option to change online or place to add notes.
