This has actually been a very quick app to work, get straight to the point. I’m very very impressed. Very little well no crashes as of yet.

Most of the information is incorrect because it’s out of date . You waste months calling Drs just to hear they don’t take Medicaid . And when you find out , you have a care partner. You think . Great . No . They don’t call you back , they don’t call at all . I know the system is overwhelmed, but I have numerous issues and after my PCP of 16 years ABRUPTLY Closed . Leaving us all out of a Dr . You’d think you’d be helped . Having a severe anxiety, MDD , and a anoxic brain injury which has caused developmental and verbal issues. I need help . None out here .

This app does not allow you to choose a pcp or which of the five companies you want to get your health care plan through which is literally the only thing that it seems to have been built for. Been trying all week. I just want Healthy Blue and the PCP I already had. And it looks like I might get stuck with whatever they pick for me. Had a great health care plan through the market place. Hope this works out.

Unfortunately I don’t make enough money to afford insurance for my son and this should have been more organized and better set up we are given a time/ date to get this done but yet not all health plans are showing up online for my sons doctors!!!!! This mess needs to be fixed! I know they say that they add more daily but why wouldn’t they have all of them already added so there’s less confusion and aggravation!!!!!
