The Visma 360 app is the ideal mobile extension for users of Visma Net Financials. The application is specifically designed to streamline two processes within Visma Net: Expenses and Time Tracking.
Thanks to an intuitive interface, you can easily process expenses and directly record your hours on the correct projects, wherever you are.
Smart and fast expense reporting
No more hassle with scattered receipts or manual calculations. Visma 360 makes submitting expenses easy:
Submit expenses with or without a receipt: Submit your expenses and have them processed directly for reimbursement
Google routes integration: Let the app automatically calculate your travel distance via Google
Direct control: View the photo of your receipt while filling in the expense claim. You can adjust the sub-account directly if necessary.
Historical overview: Consult your previous expense claims and their status at any time.
Submit or Approval: Depending on your process, choose to submit directly or prepare for approval.
Efficient time tracking
Keep track of your hours and materials with minimal effort, so you can focus on your work:
Weekly timesheets: Record your hours for multiple days at once. Fast, clear, and efficient.
Material registration: Directly add consumed materials to your weekly timesheets for complete registration.
Monthly overview: Keep track of your worked time with a clear and visual monthly overview.
Relevant projects: You only see the projects you are authorised for, eliminating the need to search through long lists.
