Verify that the free version "M365 Dashboard" from the app store work with your scooter before you buy. If you have firmware above 1.3.8 you cannot get the data from the scooter. There is a way to downgrade your firmware, it takes 5 minutes so, but you have to search on the internet yourself for the procedure.

Crashes Instantly Upon BT Connection

Scooter is running FW 1.3.8. App launches and run fine until it connects to the scooter. The scooter’s BT board beeps to indicate the connection, but then the app crashes. Rinse and repeat.
Will break your scooter
Annoyed that I paid money for this.
I used it for the first time to try locking my scooter and it locked it, but then wouldn’t unlock. So I attempted to disconnect and reconnect and now nothing will connect with it to unlock and I can’t turn off the scooter either. No idea what to do now... should have just stuck with the Mi Home app. Wasn’t expecting something like this to happen.

Hello, please wait for the lock button to be enabled again. The app transmit the signal to the scooter then waits for the scooter to respond to the command. Sometimes, the scooter will take a few seconds for lock and unlock comands to be processed, and the button is disabled on purpose, not to send multiple diferent commands.
