Enhanced functionality to automatically remove a scheduled patient from the modality worklist after the patient has been added to the Performed Exams list. Incorporated a text field for technologist comments to all templates. Added patient name, age and gender to the title of all pages. Resolved a broken link from the image button on the Worksheet/Report page of the screening ultrasound template, ensuring that images can be added to the worksheet or report without any issues. Physicians can now create unlimited personalized Canned Reports to add to assessment field, accessible to all physicians. Only the author of a Canned Report retains modification and deletion privileges. The technologist initials creation process has been improved to properly handle last names containing apostrophes. Implemented a modernized App Store receipt verification system for enhanced security. Log viewer now features zoom functionality alongside five color-coded log levels (Info, Warning, Error, Debug, and All) with integrated search capabilities. Major Update DICOM Modality Worklist Server has been added to Katiba to schedule patients and provide patient demographics to modalities such as US, CT, MR etc. 2 new ultrasound templates are added for screening ultrasound examination of abdomen, pelvis, thyroid and carotid IMT with an elegant finished report for all 4 exams in one single report. All images and documents in a study can now be viewed in Katiba's DICOM viewer by selecting the patient from PACS worklist. A status column is added to Performed Exams to allow reporting physicians quickly identify patients with saved preliminary reports. Added a header and footer to report and worksheet pages with patient’s name, DOB, ID and page number. Improved the process of moving images from PACS server to Katiba. Added C-ECHO shortcut to test server's IP address. Added an optional dedicated port for C-MOVE process. Improved the process of syncing data across devices logged in with the same Apple ID by implementing CloudKit. Added automated process to create a standard file name for finished reports and save them automatically as PDF in the iCloud Drive and send a copy also to PACS. A DICOM Viewer has been added to display DICOM images of ultrasound exams. Just select a patient from Katiba's worklist, the images will automatically be added temporarily to the Viewer. The images will automatically be removed from your device upon starting a new patient or logging out. To add ultrasound images from the new Viewer to report, simply do a long press on the image to be copied and then paste it to report. A simple ping has been added to DICOM Settings page to quickly test accessibility of IP addresses. Fixed a bug in displaying Teaching Files and Guidelines and Policy pages.

Fixed a critical bug with the section "Other Information" in Gyne template. Shortcuts have been added to abdominal, renal, gyne, thyroid and breast templates for quick access to "Policy and Guidelines". A shortcut to "Table of Contents" is added to "PACS and RIS" page. A shortcut to DICOM scanner is added on "Demographics" page.

Updated the process of registering new user accounts to add new users remotely to devices that are logged in with the same Apple ID and the new users can immediately use Katiba to create reports, access standard protocols, teaching files, procedure manuals, hospital or clinic letterhead and reporting templates. Fixed the issue that on certain situations, Katiba would have only exported the first page of a report to PACS. The Near Connectivity process now provides the information about the device and the user who is sending the exam findings to a physician device. Fixed an issue that could have resulted in a crash in a new device after importing previously registered users. Improved process of collecting logs for debugging purposes and saving space.

Carotid duplex template is upgraded to include IMT measurements.  The velocities, ratios, plaque morphology and IMT measurements of carotid arteries are now organized in an easy to read table for final report. CIMT reporting template is upgraded with a new table. Obstetrical report template is upgraded for multiple gestations (up to 4). The most important obstetrical measurements and pregnancy related dates are now summarized in an easy to read table for the final report. The fetal anatomy boxes are automatically color coded for normal, abnormal and not well see structures. Improved female pelvic ultrasound template layout. Read-only access is granted to all users to review the summary page of Katiba's DICOM settings. Admin users have full access to make changes. Other improvements and minor bug fixes.

The Gyne template is re-designed to add the ability to describe multiple ovarian lesions by using standard lexicon. Several algorithmic intelligence added to Gyne template to guide the operator in selecting correct location and category for the ovarian lesions. Fixed the broken links in the App Information page. Added ability to override CIMT automated report to add additional information. A simple but efficient Teaching Files section has been added to save educational images, video clips, scientific papers and reference eBooks. Any users can add educational material to Katiba but only registered admin users can delete them. To add educational images, you can import the image from your Photos album, from Files folder or capture directly with your device's camera. All items in Teaching Files will be automatically synced with all of your iOS or Mac devices and accessible to all of your staff.
