"Buru's Arithmetic" is different from traditional oral arithmetic apps. Once the app is started, it will adjust itself smartly according to the child's proficiency level, without the need of a parent's configuration. By empasizing on proficiency, the app constantly pushes the kids to solve problems faster while answering correctly. In our study, after two weeks of training, the kids practising 20 minutes daily were able to reach high proficiency of oral arithmetic with adding and subtracting numbers within 100.
