It’s always hard to track amount of water you consume per day. I tried to do it by myself, but you never know how much water you get or loose from a certain drink. I love the app, because it’s so easy to use, you simply put kind of drink you take, and it calculates your actual amount of water you get from the drink. It helps to get a habit to consume enough water during the day!
