またチェックに必要な手順書などのドキュメントをリンクすることができます。

HACCP では工程ごとにチェック項目を帳票に記入、保管する必要があります。
紙ベースだと膨大な量の帳票もデータでサーバーに保管することで新たな保管スペースや複雑な管理の必要がなくなります。
【アラート機能】
作業工程内で発生する基準値逸脱や未記録などはプッシュメッセージで作業者へ注意を促します。
離れた場所にいる管理者と情報を共有し、迅速に対応できるので、作業の流れを妨げません。
2.ワークフローがタイムリーに確認できます
手書きの帳票は全作業終了後の提出時か、管理者が作業現場を回らなければ確認ができません。
@Form™ for HACCP は帳票をデータ上で確認することができるので、現場での帳票記入をタイムリーに閲覧・承認することができ HACCP 対応で追加された業務に時間が取られることはありません。
3.作業機器との連動でよりスムーズな工程チェックが可能
HACCP のモニタリング時に使用される中心温度計や温湿度計など、作業現場で使用する機器を Bluetooth などで @Form™ for HACCP と連動させることによって、より効率的で正確な記録を残すことが可能になります。
