I do not mind that is a try-a-few-times version and then you have to pay (although it is indeed misleading to not even mention that). Waht does bother me though is that it just keeps getting stuck, and when transcoding the videotoolbox is not used either (fast compression in Apple Silicon). It also is just a very basic tool with very limited options.

It says it is "free", but you can only watermark a few videos before you would need to pay. Apple should make a new section called "free to try"... then we could all avoid that section like the plague.
