Needs more work. Take the Apple TV remote app it Roku remote app for reference. Ex. The keyboard input does not allow paste from phone functionality (handy to paste URLs and other long text)

Hi there,Thank you for your feedback. BenQ Smart Control is mainly for Netflix from Apps manager. Could you help check if it work for you for Netflix? We would suggest you to use the projector remote to control the BenQ projector. Thank you.

If I could leave a zero I would. I just want to watch a Netflix show on my projector. I just want to use my remote and click the Netflix icon and press play, but no. We get to use this “smart” control. If you’re going to include a mouse and a touchpad, please include a keyboard, so we don’t have to fumble about. If the app is required to control the Netflix app, please engineer it in some way so that it doesn’t disconnect every minute, requiring me to exit Netflix and reprompt the projector to find the phone. 0 out of 5. Make it so we can use a remote to use Netflix.

Hi Sir,We recommend connecting to 5G Wi-Fi to avoid 2.4G interference. You can check the Wi-Fi status using the BenQ User Dashboard. This is beyond awful. Nearly impossible to control, impossible to select things to watch. I only downloaded this app to control Netflix and I couldn’t even get a movie up to play l. I became too frustrated and gave up

1.Optimize the content of the initial boot prompt. 2.Add a help feature to guide users through troubleshooting and operating instructions. 3.Increase customer service email messages.
