CloudDox is an application designed to handle online documents as if they were local files.
Have you ever wanted to use Google Docs just like an Excel file? This app was born from such a wish of a developer.
The Internet has evolved so that devices are always connected to the Internet and local and cloud barriers are almost invisible. On the other hand, work styles in which local files are organized into folders for each project are still often used.
For example, when developing an app. An Excel file that creates an Xcode project, Excel file that summarizes specifications, Google document bug list shared among members, image files used in the app, and text files notes from meetings. They can be online documents or local text files. They are put together into a single folder and development is progressing. You can access online documents such as Google Docs from a folder just like any other file. CloudDox makes it possible.
Technology should not force human behavior. Technology should make people free.
◎Usage
Create a new CloudDox document with "New" from the "File" menu. If you click the setting icon in the upper left, you can enter the URL of the online document you want to make into a file.
After that, please save it like a normal file. You can open it by double-clicking, or copy it to a folder.
Like Word and Excel, you can create cloud-based documents such as Google spreadsheets from templates.
If you want to create a cloud-based document that does not exist in the template, create a blank CloudDox document from "Create New". You can create any document by copying the URL from the settings icon in the upper left.
