Meditrain is a digital intervention produced by researchers in the Neuroscape Center at UCSF — A translational cognitive neuroscience center whose goal is to bridge neuroscience and technology. The goal of MediTrain is to help users improve their self-regulation of internal attention and distractions. It was developed in collaboration with meditation thought-leader Jack Kornfield, and Zynga, a world-class video game company. It was created to make benefits of concentrative meditation more easily accesible to anyone, including complete novices. At this time MediTrain is only available to participants enrolled in one of our research studies. If you are interested in participating, please contact us via the app support link below.
