We have verified every car owner (host) by physically inspecting their vehicles
We require every vehicle to be insured
The location of the vehicle is tracked during the rental via GPS

The ETA is completely accurate, you end up waiting 30-45 minutes for a bus. Also your fare is deducted immediately you book! Absolutely WRONG!! So even if you cancel, you lose your money. It’s a rip off!The conductors lie about the location of the bus when you call, making it all the more difficult
