Look this team is doing a hard work for all those people don’t believe go and do your search you can’t found a high interest account this take time everyone including me wanna see bigs numbers but this is a savings account little bit little earning remember this is no a investment account I get high % because I stay since the beginning I don’t take out the money I Just leave here and I saw they getting better but they need support share with your friends the app and the program is great

I had to write a review. I get it, high interest rate and it’s good savings blah blah…but Jesus Christ. Ever since I got the app it’s been given me nothing but issues: my bank account randomly disconnects and they don’t tell me, I initiate transfer and money doesn’t move and they don’t tell me, bank account reconnection and verification takes days and they don’t tell you if it failed you just have to figure it out yourself, and on top of that even if you want to monitor the accounts you get false information because the app shows your account is connected and when you go to transfer again the app doesn’t allow you to because your “bank is not connected”. Then I reach out and they tell me that they are working on stuff; not sure how that is the customers problem but I digress. All I wanted to do is transfer money in there for our wedding so I can earn some interest until the actual wedding…haven’t been able to do that since February. I have given them one more shot then I’m pulling the money and going elsewhere. I may not earn as much but at least I don’t have to deal with a crap app and have assurance that thousands of our dollars is in good hands.

I’ve been with outlet finance for about a year. In the beginning everything work great. I linked my account I sent my funds I created recurring transfers and I was paid the reward promised. No issues. All of a sudden at the top of 2022 I couldn’t transfer funds into the account. My reoccurring transfers failed, manual transfers failed. I Contacted support and was given simple instructions to unlink and re-link your bank accounts. I did this over the course of six months and every time it was failed transfers. Then when the account finally linked and was approved after a transfer the account would disappear from my profile. Only to then go through the process all over again. I will be closing my outlet account since I cannot trust this company to provide a reliable product and my personal funds availability.

Wasn’t optimistic at first because I am retired and no time for long range goals. But they proved me wrong. The little money I have grows quickly and everything is transacted on line.
