Eczanem Stok Sayım, eczane stoğunuzdaki ürünleri saymak için kullanılır. Toplu bir şekilde sayım işlemi yapar ve yaptığı sayımı arttırılmış gerçekliği kullanarak ekranda gösterir.
Patentli teknolojisi sayesinde kamerada görmüş olduğu barkodları (EAN13 ve DataMatrix) toplu bir şekilde okur.
Üstün teknolojisi sayesinde yan yana bulunan EAN13 barkodları bile ayırt eder ve sayar.
Sayım yapmak için "Yeni Sayım" butonuna tıklanır ve arttırılmış gerçeklik başlamış olur. Eczanedeki ürünlerin barkodları kameraya dönük şekilde olmalıdır. Kameraya gösterilen barkodlar okunur ve üzerlerine numaralar konur.
Sağ üstte bulunan "Liste" butonuyla barkod listesi açılır. Barkod listesinde okunan ürünlerin barkodları ya da ürün adı gösterilir. Barkod listesindeki herhangi bir ürüne tıklanarak barkod moduna ya da isim moduna geçilir.
Barkod listesinde herhangi bir ürünü sola kaydırarak sayım sırasında silme işlemi yapılabilir.
Sağ üstte bulunan "Mod" butonuna tıklanarak sadece DataMatrix, sadece EAN13 ya da bütün türler okunabilecek şekilde ayarlanabilir. Böylece iki tip barkodu bulunan ürünlerde çift sayım engellenmiş olur.
Okunan ürünler renklerle kategorilere ayrılır:
・Kırmızı renk, veritabanında bulunmayan EAN13 tipinde barkodları,
・Mor renk, miyadı geçmiş ürünleri,
・Turuncu renk, miyadına 6 aydan az kalan ürünleri,
・Yeşil renk ise herhangi bir sorunu bulunmayan ürünleri göstermek için kullanılır.
Sayım bittikten sonra sayıma bir ad verilip kaydedilir. Kaydedilen sayımlar "Aktarımlar" menüsünde tutulur.
Aktarımlar menüsü kayıtlı sayımları görmek, silmek ve Eczanem uygulamasına aktarmak için kullanılır. Böylece sayımlarınız tek bir tuşla Eczanem uygulamasına aktarılmış olur.
Ayarlar menüsü lisans bilgilerini girmek için tasarlanmıştır. Geçerli bir lisans alınmadıysa bile program denenebilir. Ancak, deneme modunda kayıt ve aktarım işlevleri çalışmamaktadır.
Ayarlar menüsünden "Otomatik Aktarım" seçeneği açılarak, programın her kayıt sonrasında otomatik olarak Eczanem uygulamasına aktarım yapması sağlanabilir.
