Scanner Does Not Work - Worthless

We just used the Aventri Lead Capture application, and the scanner feature did not work due to a dim room. I was told by attendees that other vendors had the same issue. The on-site support person offered no solution. The poorly named "Torch" / flashlight feature did not help. The option buttons in the lower corners required multiple finger taps to work. I have an iPhone 13 MaxPro and attendees had QR codes. This is a very poorly designed application and obviously has not been properly tested. Get your money back from the exhibition.

Paid for 3 sales reps to have access to the app, and then I have struggled with their support team for days, just trying to receive access to the app I paid for. Turns out their system failed to process the order. If you are an event host please look into Maritz Global and skip Aventri.

Why is it so difficult to download the list of leads?

A lot of useless function, dashboard, graphs,… but it seems impossible to find the download.Previous leads are visible great, but it is impossible to get this year leads….This app and the web base portal are not user-friendly.
