Clothes don’t get CLEAN, don’t waste your money

TWICE now I’ve used this service asking them to clean spots off my ties but the ties came back unchanged. I asked for the collar stains to be removed from my white shirt and the shirt came back bagged and hung up with the same stains. Perhaps Laundry Doctor just subcontracts to these laundry places who are slacking? I don’t know. Waste of money.The drop-off locker is very convenient, and the software is simple and slick (except that you can’t cancel or edit an order once you’ve placed it without calling support, who are only available 9-5 M-F).

$40 to clean 5 shirts and two pants is insane. I dropped it off Friday at 10:00am and didn’t receive the clothes back until Tuesday so there’s quite a delay for those of us who have their items dry cleaned over the weekend like the rest of the world. I will say the app is easy to use and the lockers are super simple. Just need to make a few changes and reduce the prices to make it more competitive.

My suit is nowhere to be found

I dropped off my suit and I received an email from them saying the locker was empty. I know for a fact the locker was locked and the suit was stored in the locker. I still have not received a response from them regarding the whereabouts of my suit. Please avoid this business at all costs, no one should have to deal with this.
