Unable to make payment

Love the idea of supporting mgl artists and getting access to high quality contents in one app. But this app needs further development to process payments (through Apple store would be preferable and easier for customers, I think). There’s also a lag between switching from one video to the next. Doesn’t respond quickly to commands; I have to click multiple times to pause a video etc. Maybe I’ll check back in a few months. Best of luck to the behind the scene crew!

Harin MongolTV Ori app hajuud n yamar ch asuudalgui ajilladag. I subscribed this app through apple subscription and made the payment. But the actual app is still locked and asks for another payment. I tried to reach to their customer service numerous of time using customer service number, FB messenger and voo app chat box. I gave up after spending 2 days to figure this out. I really wanted to like this app and enjoy some Mongolian contents, but it js not worth my time and energy, Better watch Ori by MongolTv.

Do not download this app!! Never worked!! they are just trying to make money! i tried to contact them they responded i explained everything never contact me back!! they changed 7.99$ plus tax and if you watch another content they will always charge extra!! but since i opened my account i can’t sign in ‘existing email does not match’ but they changed! i will contact my bank get my money back!!!! This app is trash. Its not even working properly. I have payed $4,99. And some features does not work. It asked me to choose $7,99. So, it has charged me $4,99 and plus $7,99. Its not even worth the price. Beware of this app, this is totally trash.
