Personnel Information System: PIS RMUTL เป็นแอปพลิเคชันให้บริการข้อมูลกับบุคคลทั่วไป และบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา เป็นศูนย์กลางการให้บริการข้อมูลข่าวสารแก่บุคคลทั่วไป เช่น ข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์, ข่าวรับสมัครงาน, ข่าวบริการนักศึกษา, ข่าวสมัครเรียนต่อ เป็นต้น
บริการข้อมูล 6 พื้นที่การศึกษา ประกอบด้วย เชียงใหม่ เชียงราย ตาก น่าน ลำปาง พิษณุโลก และบริการข้อมูลหน่วยงาน คณะ สำนัก สถาบันต่าง ๆ ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลล้านนา ซึ่งมีรายการดังต่อไปนี้ ได้แก่ ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทรติดต่อ และลิงค์เว็บไซต์ ของทุกหน่วยงาน
ในส่วนของบุคลากรภายในมหาวิทยาลัย ที่มีจำนวนมากกว่า 2,200 คน สามารถเข้าถึงระบบงานส่วนบุคคล เช่นงานข้อมูลดังนี้ ประวัติส่วนตัว, ประวัติการศึกษา ,ข้อมูลด้านการเงิน, การลงเวลาปฎิบัติงาน, การประเมินผลการทำงาน, ผลงานวิชาการ, การสอบมารตฐาน เป็นต้น
และยังมีในส่วนของการเผยแพร่บันทึกกิจกรรม บักทึกงาน การเข้าร่วมโครงการต่างๆ เป็นประวัติส่วนตัวพื้นฐานของบุคลากร ผ่านแอปพลิเคชันนี้

Personnel Information System: PIS RMUTL is an application to provide information to the general public and RMUTL’s personnel. A center for providing information services to the general public Such as Press release, Job application, Student service, Application to study and so on
Information service in 6 educational areas including ChiangMai, ChiangRai,Tak,Nan,Lampang, Phitsanulok . Providing information for department, faculty, any institutions within Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna,which has the following items including address, contact number and website links Of every department.
In the personnel within RMUTL that more than 2,200 people able to access personal work systems Such as the information work as follows; Personal history, Education background, financial information, Working hours, work evaluation, academic work, standardized tests, etc.
And also dissemination of Activity record, Work record, Participation in various projects. It’s a basic history of personnel through this application.
