I love the concept of this but there are a few things that would make it instantly better. 1-Use the resonance feature to identify need rather than user input alone. 2-Allow for multiple profiles! I have three in my family. It’s very clumsy to re-enter needs for each of us each time we use it and makes scheduling useless. 3-Entering a condition often comes up with no results - only to find the condition in a list. Example: no results for Candida when searching but it comes up as a list choice. Info is there but not connecting. 4-App recommends nutrition and programs but not frequency. How often should I run this nutrient? Without resonance, how do I know I still need it?

I am rooting for this company but it has a lot of improvements to make. This app just barely works, and based on what I read I am not buying the subscription until there more updates to make it more functional and bugs are fixed. I get that it is a process. Hope they stay on making consistent progress and also improve their level of communication in regards to replying to people in a timely fashion and addressing the issues presented. Lots of potential in this company but also they have lots of work ahead of them.

I love what it can do I hate that I buy a subscription it doesn’t activate or download. I buy the upgrade to Healy Plus from Gold. Nothing no upgrades it’s been weeks now. Then I figure because there is no customer service. Maybe I should buy the upgrade from Gold to Healy Holistic Health. Maybe doing this it will resolve the issue of the Healy Holistic Plus not downloading. Again no customer service available to speak to a real human being. The back end of this product is a living nightmare. The only person helping me is the person who sold it to me and even she is having trouble getting answers. I have spent real money on this app and I don’t have my product available immediately!!!! That’s insane!!!! Under downloads it shows nothing. Under orders it shows processing. How many weeks am I supposed to wait for a response. I even tried email and got a generic email that you can’t reply too. This is not ok!!!! Until things are corrected I won’t make a positive review.

I miss the assistant. Now that I have to type an issue in, I get strange choices that pop up to choose from. For instance, when typing inflammation in the search bar, the word Balance appears several times with numbers behind it. I have no idea what that means. If I type inflammation in and hit “Done”, no programs come up at all. I need directions on how to use it. The tutorials don’t help.
