This has to be the dumbest app I have ever dealt with. Every time I type in my email on the first screen that pops up it says I need to “verify the provided information” expect that’s the only thing that pops up, there is no other information. There is no where else to click, how am I supposed to verify it? It doesn’t send me an email or anything. It won’t even let me select my school. I tried logging in on the website and it gives me equally as stupid responses.

Tried to access my insurance info to set up an appointment. Instead, I learned that no matter what, there was no way to log in to the app. Just an error message and nowhere to click. Luckily, the website did work. Tried turning it off and on, deleting and redownloading—no dice. I wonder how much money they thought they’d save by getting rid of physical insurance cards…

Nothing works. Not the website, not the app, not the email links, not creating a new account, not accessing an existing account, not resetting the password, and especially, not the customer support.

I don’t understand how I can verify my information when it won’t even send me an email. What the point of that message if this stupid app doesn’t even attempt to verify it??
