I have my own system of inputing orders, I have a spreadsheet ive made in Numbers (a Mac program) that has sections for name, date, device type, Serial number, problem, phone number, email, etc. I tried to use AI but it couldn’t take more than 10 documents at a time. The ai suggested this program! within minutes I had a .text list of all of my customers emails, 970 of them, filtered out the 200+ duplicates when they came back, and the only issue was every 40 or so lines there was some gibberish, which my AI cleaned up. . If you need to get your customers email addresses out of a bunch of documents a mountain high, email extractor Pro is the way to go!
