Great App! Have Some Suggestions

I really like the concept of Dua and wanted to share a few ideas the team can use if they find them helpful:It would be very useful to revisit profiles. Since I live in a place with fewer Albanians, I went through my matches very quickly, and I am currently out of profiles. I paid for premium but there is no more profiles, so the app becomes unusable unless someone new joins. A refresh or second look option would solve this.Premium users could also benefit from features that add real value besides unlimited likes. On Hinge, for example, your likes appear at the top for the person you send them to. It rewards paying users without hurting anyone else and makes paying feel worthwhile.There is also a recurring issue where I can’t like or x out a profile because the app keeps showing the message “Something went wrong. Please try again later. Status: 15.”Some profiles that are recommended to me show up as locked the moment I tap them. If a profile is locked, it would help to know why it is being recommended at all, or why it would remain locked for someone who is premium.Lastly, being able to zoom or crop pictures, and preserving the original image quality, would make profiles better.I hope these ideas help. I like the app and want to see it continue to grow.

the app is good and it’s pretty easy to use, but one really annoying thing is the swipe left limit. I think it’s really annoying that in the span of 10 minutes I get blocked from using the app for 24 hours. There’s no other similar app that has a swipe left restriction i’ve only seen one for people who send too many likes. It makes it really frustrating to use the app and i think the developers should remove it as soon as possible. otherwise it’s a good app and i like that i can connect to people from my specific culture.

This is literally the worst dating app . Every single time . countless times it happened I keep thinking it’s a glitch and give it the benefit of the doubt . Every time I match with a girl and we start talking . A few hours later the profile disappears and now I believe the apps managers and administrators are doing it on purpose

Faulty App and Won’t Delete Accounts

Created an account to see what the app was about because it was marketed to be a sort of networking account. It’s simply just a dating app, which is fine but not what I was interested in so I deactivated my account. However, I keep receiving messages on Facebook that men have seen me on the app and they keep sending me messages and provoking me. This app is faulty and deactivation I guess doesn’t work. It’s actually very disappointing that the account won’t be removed or taken down and I keep getting harassed by men online. Hopefully they take care of this and take down my account.

Forget swiping like it’s Fruit Ninja, we’re here for serious love. The kind your grandmother keeps asking about at every family dinner. Profiles got a full glow-up: scroll up and down, zoom in on photos, see mutual interests, and answer 20+ new questions that actually matter (no, “mayonnaise on pizza” is not one of them). Buttons only show after you check the profile. No more fat-finger mistakes after too much raki. Plus, fresh Albanian-style illustrations because we like to keep it on brand. Update now and maybe your mom can finally stop asking when you’ll get married.
