4medica 4health is a unique FREE app designed to work with all other patient apps that are provided by your doctors and hospitals. 4medica 4health is available on your computer, on any smartphone or a tablet device. 4medica searches many databases and collects all your data in your personal healthcare vault.

• ADD YOUR PAPER RECORDS: You can easily scan or take pictures of your medical records and store them right along with the records electronically obtained from your doctors, hospitals, laboratories and others.
• ADD MORE DOCTORS, HOSPITALS, LABS, AND OTHER MEDICAL ORGANIZATIONS: You can easily search for any healthcare organization that has your records. 4medica will attempt to retrieve them for you electronically.
• SHARE YOUR RECORDS WITH OTHERS: You can easily share your records with any doctors, hospitals or anyone you choose. In case of emergency, when getting a second opinion or going to see a new doctor, you can easily share your records. (Coming soon!!)
