I have placed about 20 + orders so far, The app is easy to use ,I had a wonderful experience , They have great wholesale pricing, variety of products and the Quality of products is excellent, Great for small businesses, customer service responds quickly , the attendant Cecilia my advisor are very polite and always ready to help going extra mile to assist all the time .They are fast in shipping and it is easy to keep track of the parcel. The products arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. They do have a free shipping section and custom orders . I’ve had a package get loss by FedEx company and (Nihaojewelry) reshipped the order for me. Great wholesale company, I Highly recommend!

The material feels nice and they are very comfortable for daily wear.• Casual Wear: The casual pants and the autumn blue hoodie are stylish and feel durable. They look exactly like the pictures!• A Note on Sizing: My only issue was with the shirts. I ordered my usual size, but they arrived too small. I would recommend others to check the size chart carefully or size up for tops.Aside from the sizing issue on the shirts, everything is perfect. I will definitely be ordering again!

I have spent about 3-5 thousand dollars on here. I hadn’t shopped for about a year and they sent a coupon that I could use. When I tried to use the coupon it was not working. The coupon expired after that. I tied to explain it to them so that I could get a new coupon to use on an order of about $1,500 they refused, even though I had been a good customer. I refused to spend anymore money if they don’t value me as a customer. I tried multiple times to get help from my advisor and he would not help. I asked for a supervisor at least 5 times and each time the person helping me would give me the run around on why they would help me before escalating the problem. Customer service supposedly escalated the problem and never helped or heard back from them. Thanks to their advisor and bad customer service they lost $1,500 for the order I was going to place and all of my potential future orders.

When I first read the reviews on the page I was skeptical but my spouse said I should give it a try for myself and I did. I’m amazed of us exceptional this service was. I got my order in a timely manner and also my representative Alice was with me every step of the way to answer all my questions and provide me with updates. I received my order and everything was okay. The quality of the jewelry that I received is excellent. I can’t wait to order again.
