I do a lot of iPhone photography and this app really helps to remove duplicates that aren't sharp (also video). Additionally, it declutters my phone from all those random screenshots by sorting them all in one bundle so you don’t have to search for them throughout your pictures and can pick and choose which to keep or remove. Make no mistake, you have full control in deciding what stays or goes to trash, but this app moves the process along at a faster pace by assisting and sorting everything for you. Photo cleanup is something I would imagine some might procrastinate on doing until your phone’s storage is full, but now it’s a quick and easy job! No more procrastinating!

This is my first time typing a review and it's for good reason. Unfortunately this app cannot provide the services it claims to offer. I would also like to confirm that I only paid for the weekly subscription, not the yearly. If I'm charged $60, I will absolutely know. I bought the weekly subscription today, not the yearly. Reaffirming this statement so the developer knows. I will absolutely not be charged $60, I have already canceled my plan within the Apple Store as I had no ability to cancel the subscription within the app. It offered me two deals and during the last prompt it only allowed me to send an email to the support team for the app being too expensive or for technical issues. I sent an email anyway to confirm that I will not be charged $60 for an app that has proven unreliable. Whether or not this app can actually provide the services it offers, this app clearly has not proven useful whatsoever for myself. Again, if I'm charged $60 I will know. I read the previous reviews and many people came across this issue. I paid for less than $10 and that's it. Thank you.

You will be charged the subscription fee you selected as a subscription, and according to the terms you have seen explicitly on the purchase page, Apple charges you the amount. Nothing else is possible, regardless of your beliefs. By the way, we contacted you by email within 24 hours, and we can confirm that you still haven't replied. Hello. I have emailed your contact support to please refund me, my $60. I never meant to sign up for this charge. Also when I attempted to recover some photos and the app didn’t not recover what I needed. The app didn’t work for me and I’m out $60, which is insane to me! I hope you can refund me because I would never sign up to pay so much money in this economy. Hope you can assist me. Please!!As a response to your comments: I just explained to you that I never meant to sign up! I never even got the images i lost and for you to not want to return my money when i never got anything out of the app just showshow fraudulent you are. You come here in the comments and lie! The screenshot show i signed up and then unsubscribed. And of course I did when I saw I was being charged $60! Can’t you just refund me? You’re app did nothing for me and I NEVER MEANT TO SIGN UP! Also I HAVE contacted your team and again they did nothing me for. You are robbing me out of $60 you scammers! IF YOU REALLY WERENT SCAMMERS YOU WOULD RETURN MY MONEY AS AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. I was charged the following day for a yearly subscription of $60 after signing up for a free 3 day trial, then immediately ending my trial and canceling the pending subscription in settings once finding out the app wasn’t what I needed. I downloaded this app because of the vague claim that it could recover deleted photos. While apparently true in a sense, the app seems unable to recover photos that have been permanently deleted from my iPhone. I’m guessing it can only recover files that were recently deleted and are still able to be recovered by normal means. I have requested a refund with the apple store and pending my funds being transferred back to me, I will change my rating to 3 stars. I’d recommend explaining the photo/file recovery feature in more detail, and change your UI and or billing system to not charge people who decide that this app isn’t right for them. If by chance the app is coded this way on purpose hoping someone might be careless enough not to notice the charge, then shame on you, that would make you scammers.

We understood that you didn't like the app or features but it doesn't make us "scam" since there are thousand of active users who are using it without a hesitation. We believe that there are some misunderstandings. We do have the 3 day free trial with a yearly plan which you can try all features free for 3 days. After the free trial period, Apple charges you the billing amount. It is impossible to get charged before or inside the free trial period. All the payment process is handled by Apple. It is technically impossible for us to intervene. Don't be mislead by users who doesn't have information about Apple's auto-subscription process. If you selected any other plan that doesn't include the free trial such as the monthly plan; then you can access to premium features for a month without the free trial which is explicitly shown on the app. If you purchased an in-app purchase to activate some premium features and if you want to refund, then you can refund immediately. Refunded amount will be back to you soon. You can cancel your subscription to Photo Finder like any other App Store subscription: Go to Settings on your iPhone. Find View Apple ID in the iTunes & AppStores > your Apple ID name page. Then, tap Subscriptions > Photo Finder. Click on the Cancel Subscription button which is located at the bottom of the screen.
