I just want to say thank you ShowGrow for the great service and concern for your community and customers. Express pickup is the only way to pick up weed during social distancing for corona. They start taking orders at 10am online. I ordered and went to the store. I arrived, all customers lined up and they let us in 10 at a time. Very efficient and excellent service!! Keep up the great work. I also want to say the security guys are great as well!!! ❤️🙏✌️

I am a long time customer at ShowGrow, and one of my fav things offered was the app. It was quick, extremely easy to navigate, and over all user friendly. Every bit of info you needed was accessible through the home page, one click. Well, about 2 weeks ago, I was told I needed to download the new app. Seemed a little strange to download a new app instead of just some updates. The app was completely re-done, and what a downgrade it was. I found it annoying that I needed to dig around to find my rewards or past purchases/history. The MOST disappointing, is the menu tab for product is a hit and miss if it works. If you do happen to get the menu section to work, there is no way to filter results, see 7g specials, etc. The last app ShowGrow had was a 10 out of 10, the new one.......3. Very disappointed stoner over here!!!

Using the app works pretty well but responses can’t really be in real time which can be a bit of an issue when the orders for delivery are so high, pun intended. Driver was nice enough to call after my phone didn’t register his text but I wished he would have stayed in his car because that’s safer for us both. I miss the days of Express pick up. Couldn’t that still be used with the current restrictions? Just schedule people no more than 3-5 customers about fifteen minutes apart. Strictly pickup not staying beyond purchase and change if needed. Just a thought.

So this place. Is totally unprofessional. They put up a sale offer. Which is great. But they do not have the efficiency to stand by what they claim.I placed an order today at 1230pm. I received 4 phone calls all from different personal phone numbers from “employees” that were trying to fill my order properly because they didn’t have in stock. They claim to have your order delivered in under 4 hours. Mine came closer to 6 hours later. I tried contacting the store to let them know my problems. But their mailbox is full and lines are always busy.... Get your things together or don’t have a sale you can’t keep up with... I’ve spent thousands of dollars in your store, and won’t ever be back!!!
