The Niagara Health Navigator helps patients, families and community members stay on top of important hospital-related pandemic information. New in this release, you can book your COVID-19 test online using an app within the Navigator. After testing has been completed, you can check your results on the Government’s lab results portal, accessed through the Navigator. The Navigator also has apps for anyone planning on coming to the hospital, including Niagara Health’s online screening form and case reporting page. We also want to hear from you, and you can tell us about your experience at Niagara Health by completing a brief survey.

There are several apps on the Niagara Health Navigator to keep patients, families and community members up-to-date on Niagara Health’s COVID-19 response. This includes information on how Niagara Health (NH) is resuming services and important reminders for visitors coming to NH. The app also provides links to useful tools – such as the Government of Ontario’s Self-Assessment Tool and lab results portal, and a brief survey about your NH experience.

Release 1.1 builds on our successful launch by adding five apps with new healthcare content, including: Mental Health and Addictions services and support, Know your care options in Niagara, the Ontario Caregiver Association, updates on the South Niagara Project, and the Niagara Health Foundation. We encourage users to engage with the new content and provide your feedback to improve future releases of the Navigator.
