When I open the app, the only market I can choose is in Dubai. No other markets appear in the list, so there is no way to change it. I even tried uninstalling the app, but it did the same thing. I did use the app successfully about a year ago, but now it is useless (unless you happen to be in Dubai.)

Great concept for contactless order, but please enable text message notifications for order pickup when food is ready. Email notifications are not very convenient, needing to constantly refresh.

After I ordered, I got a notification about a price change (which is already weird) and was prompted to pay again. I went through with it even though I didn’t notice any difference in price. Then the app showed I ordered the same exact thing a second time! There was no way to cancel the second order either.

Don’t use this app in Miami if you plan to dine in. It’s much quicker and easier to place your order at the counter. Even if you select dine in, most places will package your order for takeaway. And the app doesn’t notify you when your order is ready. Instead, it gives you a pickup time. But all of my orders were ready long before the pickup time.
